Who handles your enquiry

Verity Learning handles the parent enquiry information submitted here. The service contact below is the route for privacy questions and rights requests. The operator should keep its legal identity and contact information current before accepting paid bookings.

What we collect and why

The form collects parent name, email and mobile, student year group, subject or a requested subject/topic, learning goal, exam board, course specification and maths or science tier where relevant. Current grade, target grade and availability are optional. We use this to respond, assess suitability and take steps towards a service at your request. Short-lived hashed connection identifiers help limit abuse and duplicate submissions; the theme does not store the raw IP address in enquiry records. Do not include a child’s full name, date of birth, medical information or other sensitive details.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored privately in this WordPress installation and accessible to authorised administrators. If the operator enables the TutorCruncher connection, parent contact details and configured enquiry information are sent to its account for service administration. Hosting, email delivery and backup providers may also process information for the operator. Optional WhatsApp contact is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.

Retention and rights

The local enquiry retention period is shown below. It applies to local WordPress enquiry records; service records in other systems and backups require their own retention controls. You may ask about access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights using the service contact. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and marketing

The theme does not add advertising analytics or marketing cookies. WordPress administration and any separately installed services may use their own essential cookies. An enquiry is not a subscription to marketing. The operator must update this notice if it adds analytics, a new processor or another use.

Local website enquiry retention: 90 days. Deletion is processed by WordPress cron; the operator should use a reliable scheduled cron service.
