VERITY LEARNING

Tutoring terms

The arrangements that should be clear before lessons begin.

Agreeing the service

A website enquiry or consultation is not a confirmed tutoring contract. Before paid tutoring begins, the service provides the tutor arrangement, lesson length, rate, payment timing and relevant booking conditions for acceptance.

Learning and participation

Tutoring supports learning but cannot guarantee a test score or grade, school place or examination outcome. Students need to attend, participate and complete reasonable agreed practice. Families should provide accurate course information and discuss access needs through an appropriate private channel.

Lesson arrangements

The agreed schedule, platform and materials form the practical arrangement. Notify the service promptly of problems with attendance or technology. Do not share lesson links with others or copy teaching materials for commercial use.

Fair treatment and statutory rights

Concerns can be raised through the complaints process. Nothing in these arrangements removes applicable consumer rights. Any package conditions, refund terms or changes to the service must be explained in writing before purchase.
