VERITY LEARNING
How it works
From the first conversation to a lesson plan and a useful review.
1. Share the learning need
Use the parent enquiry form. Tell us the year group, subject and the main difficulty. Do not upload sensitive medical details or a child’s full personal record.
2. Have a free parent consultation
Discuss current work, goals, course fit and realistic availability. A consultation is a suitability conversation, not an assessment certificate or a guaranteed placement.
3. Confirm a suitable tutor and arrangements
Review the tutor’s relevant experience, available check information, lesson length, rate and booking conditions. For GCSE, confirm the exam board, maths or science tier, specification and set texts where relevant. For KS2, discuss the school work and a parent-assisted lesson setup.
4. Begin with a focused starting check
The first lessons use discussion and small tasks to identify what is secure and what needs attention. Agree priorities that can be observed in the student’s work.
5. Review and adapt
Use independent practice and recent school work to review progress. A report should explain what was taught, how independently it was demonstrated and what happens next.
A clearer next step
Let’s talk about your child’s learning.
Share the year group, subject and what feels difficult. We’ll discuss suitability, availability and a practical starting point before you commit.
